Course description: 

This Xper Information Management: Flex Cardio-HEMO app and X3 Technical System Admin training course is a three day course designed for customer hospital System Administrators. Course participants will learn the system so to be able to perform computer maintenance and provide first-line testing, and to be the first line support for Xper Information Management equipment. 

Specific course topics are:

  • Understanding the XperIM System as required to be able to effect repairs
  • Perform XperIM device-specific configurations, testing, and maintenance using the PRONK simulator
  • Understanding system interoperability configurations and database maintenance.

After completing this course the student will be able to: 

  • Describe the function of each of the components comprising the XperIM system.
  • Learn about the system and perform a complete system build
  • Learn the techniques of attaching the FC, HEMO app and X3 devices for complete system operation
  • Understand the vitals operation including ETC02
  • Describe the functional operation of each part of the system.
  • Talk about typical maintenance techniques with undertone to troubleshooting techniques
  • Develop a Preventive Maintenance schedule.
  • Learn key interoperability features through introduction to IBE
