Register What you will learn Course description: This one day course is designed to provide a solid foundation in Live 3D echocardiography for physicians and cardiac sonographers who are new 3D users. This course provides a spectrum of situations that both physicians and sonographers can use and reference. By increasing familiarity with clinical applications of Live 3D echocardiography, students develop a comfort level to make 3D part of their scanning protocols. During this course, students will build upon existing knowledge of 3D. A brief overview of image optimization and 3D acquisition will be provided. Students will then learn about additional applications such as Dynamic Heart Model, True Vue, Touch Vue, Multi Vue, and various cropping methods. Guided workshops and instructor demonstrations compliment detailed presentations on the use of 3D. Course objectives: Upon completion of this program, attendees should be able to: Discuss the strategies for obtaining good quality datasets Identify good and poor datasets Describe 3D controls and cropping tools Review datasets with normal anatomy to show specific cardiac structures Review datasets with abnormal anatomy Discuss utility and options available in current 3D echo technology Identify measurements that can be made using 3D techniques Course details Course Code: CV214Delivery method: Instructor-led Language: English Duration: 1 Day Course instructor(s) : Philips InstructorCourse disclaimer: The content is for information and education only.
